I believe couples therapy is both an art and a science—complex, demanding, and most effective when guided by a clear, intentional, and evidence-based approach. This belief fuels my deep passion for teaching and fostering clinical excellence. There is a specific way to help people heal and reconnect, and guiding other therapists through that process is what truly lights me up.
Continuous learning is central to my own practice. I consider myself a lifelong learner—you’ll often find me listening to podcasts, reading, attending workshops, or diving into advanced trainings to sharpen my skills. I have pursued specialty training and completed extensive consultation and supervision hours in some of therapy’s stickiest areas, including infidelity, betrayal, and attachment injury repair, so that I can confidently support you in helping your clients heal. I am certified in EFCT and feel confident in my ability to guide you through
I have experience providing guidance and education to clinicians in one-on-one sessions, small groups, and large conference settings, tailoring each experience to the needs of the participants. My goal is to create a space where clinicians feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow.
